HBO contributor Joan Harman, RIP

Huckleberries has learned that Joan Harman, 62, of Coeur d’Alene, died Saturday. Harman, who blogged under the pseudonym Arch Druid, was a long-time contributor to Huckleberries Online. Also, she was an avid writer of letters to the editor. She was born April 14, 1954. Yates Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Upon hearing of her death, Wheels commented on the Weekend Wild Card thread:

“I’ve known Joan for many years and first met her when she worked for Hagadone Hospitaity.She was a free spirit,intelligent, hard working and a very good conversationalist.We would always just ‘bump’ into each other in CDA for some reason.She definitely danced to her own beat and led a hard life.After I moved years ago I always wondered how she was doing.Now I sadly know.RIP Joan, many will miss you.I certainly will.”
