Moving forward with STA

I was delighted to see The Spokesman-Review editorial board endorse Spokane Transit Authority Proposition 1.

The ease of movement is one of the many things that make Spokane County a wonderful place to call home. But as our county grows and diversifies, we can expect increased traffic congestion. We can already see this in many locations.

How great to be part of a community that is actually planning ahead and investing in important infrastructure. STA’s “Moving Forward” plan will address many of our present and future transportation challenges. I look forward to voting yes on STA Proposition 1 to protect Spokane County’s ability to move and thrive.
