Headlines: License design to change

As the Idaho Division of Motor Vehicles rolls out a new driver’s license design, the agency is alerting customers to expect longer wait times at all offices over the next few weeks. Following the installation of new software, the slowdown is expected to last for three to four weeks as staff members work to optimize the new software and security procedures. Story here.
