Raffee out as deputy clerk

Pat Raffee is no longer Kootenai County’s chief deputy clerk. The Kootenai County Board of Commissioners sent an e-mail blast to county employees Monday stating Raffee is no longer serving as an appointed official of Kootenai County effective immediately. Raffee confirmed her termination from the clerk’s office. “(Clerk) Jim Brannon chose to sever our working relationship,” Raffee told the Press.
