Vote for CMR, Vance

By the time this goes to print, ballots will have arrived. Now is the time that we all must make decisions on who to vote for in Congress. For me, it is clear.

Cathy McMorris Rodgers, Republican, is the fourth-ranking member of Congress and a constitutional conservative. She favors a Balanced Budget Amendment, repeal of Obamacare, a strong defense and national security. She supports the Second Amendment and supports our Republican nominee for president.

By contrast, Joe Pakootas, Democrat, supports restricting Second Amendment rights, he supports Obamacare and believes Columbia River dams should be removed. He supports policies that will hamper economic growth, such as “free” college and a $15+ minimum wage. He is bad for Washington.

For the race for Senate, it is even more simple. Chris Vance, the Republican candidate, patterns his platform after Ronald Reagan’s philosophies. Democrat incumbent Patty Murray has proven herself to be the rubber stamp for virtually every position that Barack Obama has taken.

Join me in voting for McMorris Rodgers and Vance in this election.
