Trashing my ballot
When my ballot arrives in the mail, it’s going into the garbage can, or maybe I’ll mark it return to sender. I can’t, in good conscious, vote for either one of them. One belongs in a rubber room at a state hospital while the other belongs in a women’s federal prison folding laundry.
As for everything else on the ballot, I really don’t care. I’m disabled and poor and there isn’t a politician, an initiative or a referendum that will ever change that.
