Put Stein, Johnson on stage

Why can’t Jill Stein and Gary Johnson participate in the Clinton-Trump debates? Certainly the stage can support four people. We watched the Republican debates with over nine participants.

Here’s the excuse: Until 1988 the League of Women Voters sponsored the presidential debates. However they bowed out when the debates were not good enough for the two-party system, and a Commission on Presidential Debates was formed in keeping with what the two-party system preferred. Sound familiar? No vote was taken.

But now more than ever we need more than two choices. It’s rare to hear a single word about the Green Party or Libertarian representatives. The DNC, GOP and corporate news don’t want us to consider more than two views. After a couple of fraudulent primaries, we are left with two cheating, corporate candidates. After the dust has settled, American voters will be the laughingstock of the world. Instead, of news we get non-news that reminds us that we really have no choice.

Something is wrong. We should at least get to hear ideas from four, not two candidates.
