Bundys supported locally

Ammon Bundy, Ryan Bundy and six other armed occupiers of a federal wildlife refuge in Harney County, Oregon go on trial soon, and Ammon Bundy was quoted as saying “I was following directions from God.” That source of direction would be hard to argue with, if it was true.

During the armed standoff earlier this year, John O’Keefe, president of the Oregon Cattleman’s Association, stated that his group did not support illegal activity taken against the U.S. government. Tom Sharp, treasurer of the Oregon Cattleman’s Association and a local rancher in Harney County, remarked recently that Harney County is getting back to normal and that the safety and security of the people in his community has dramatically improved.

I am sure glad it didn’t happen here in Stevens County at our federal wildlife refuge, given that County Commissioner Steve Parker is a devoted supporter and cheerleader of Cliven, Ryan and Ammon Bundy ever since 2014.
