Poll: A man for his times

• Monday Poll: A supermajority of Hucks Nation isn’t bothered that Coeur d’Alene’s main street is named after William Tecumseh Sherman, the Civil War general known for brutal tactics in war and Indian affairs. 154 of 211 respondents (72.99%) aren’t bothered by the downtown street’s ties to General Sherman. 28 (13.27%) are bothered by the association. 19 (9%) are somewhat bothered and would like to read more information about Sherman. 10 (4.74%) are undecided.
