AG spokesman faces drug charges

The Idaho Attorney General’s office has announced that its constituent information and communications director, Todd Dvorak, is no longer with the office. “Out of respect for Todd’s privacy, we’re referring all questions to Todd,” said Deputy Attorney General Brian Kane. According to the Idaho court records repository, Dvorak was cited with two misdemeanor charges on Friday in Nez Perce County: Marijuana possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dvorak has retained an attorney and pleaded innocent to both charges. He couldn’t be reached for comment. He has been with the Attorney General’s office since January of 2014; prior to joining the office, Dvorak had a 13-year career with the Associated Press and headed its Boise bureau/ Betsy Russell , Eye on Boise.
