Trump trashes country

My husband and I moved to Spokane 10 years ago from Texas, and we love it here. In Dana Milbank’s column (“Trump wants your blind trust,” Sept. 8), he addressed Donald Trump’s continuing refusal to release his tax returns because of an IRS “audit.” Hillary Clinton has released her tax returns every year that she’s served in government, and Trump’s running mate has released his.

Milbank states that people should care about Trump’s tax returns. What is Trump hiding? Milbank further states that U.S. intelligence believes that Russia is trying to create chaos and interference in our presidential election process by hacking the DNC and other agencies in order to keep Secretary Clinton from being elected.

Trump continues to praise Vladimir Putin and has even stated that Putin is a better “leader” than President Obama. Putin is just the current thug dictator in Russia’s troubled history. Russia has never been our friend. Trump denigrates our excellent military and its generals, stating that generals have been “reduced to rubble” and that he will replace them, no viable plans, just typical Trump trash talk.

The question: Do you hate Clinton more than you love our country?
