AM: Mall shooting suspect caught

This Friday frame from surveillance video provided by the Washington State Patrol shows the suspect in a shooting rampage at the Cascade Mall in Burlington, Wash. Arcan Cetin, a 20-year-old Turkish immigrant held in Skagit County Jail Sunday, faces five counts of first-degree murder, according to county records, according to PIX11 News.
