CMR works against people

Cathy McMorris Rodgers sponsored a bill privatizing the VA while she and the Republicans continue to attack the patient rights portion of Obamacare. As usual, insurance companies would reap billions while our vets receive even less needed care. Vets and military families should send Cathy packing.

Cathy and the Republicans continue to attack Social Security and Medicare with each obstruction of our government. Seniors should send Cathy packing.

Cathy and the Republicans held the farm bill hostage then absconded with a half-year of farm subsidies. Farming families needed these subsidies to compete with corporations and keep food prices reasonable. Farming families should send Cathy packing.

Cathy and the Republicans continue to claim cutting taxes for corporations and the rich while stifling wages/benefits for working families will spur the economy and create jobs. As usual, they fail to recognize an economy prospers when someone buys the goods produced. For 150 years that’s been middle-class working families. We drive the economy not the rich. Working families are the customer for small businesses. Attacks on working families are attacks on small businesses.

For a strong economy and more jobs, working families and small business owners should send Cathy packing.
