Matthew: I’ll never fly United

Matthew Root (RE: United Airlines: First class, business class, fight club ):

I will never fly United — I haven’t for over 25 years because their service is terrible. Corporations only understand money, so a lawsuit will hit them the only place it hurts. It is called justice, which I prefer over a few dollars here or there. I flew over 100,000 miles last year, none on United. More people flying other airlines instead of United might just reduce my ticket prices on Alaska and their partner airlines.

Question: Do you choose an airlines based on past experience?
