Poll: Use of ‘nuclear option’ opposed

• Extended Weekend Poll: A majority of Hucks Nation disapproved of the move by Senate Republicans to dump filibuster rules for U.S. Supreme Court nominations in order to confirm the nomination of Judge Neil Gorsuch. 193 of 362 respondents (53.31%) opposed the “nuclear option” imposed by Senate Republicans to confirm the Gorsuch nomination. 159 of 362 (43.92%) respondents supported the Senate Republican action. 10 (2.76%) were undecided.
