Charges dropped in woman’s killing
The Bonner County Prosector’s Office has dropped charges against the man who had been suspected of killing the former city clerk of Hope, Idaho. Nathan Utt, 41, (shown in Bonner County Sheriff’s Office photo) has been released from jail. He was able to produce an alibi,
the prosecutor’s office told KHQ
. Utt
had been suspected of killing 78-year-old Shirley Ann Ramey
in her home near Hope, Idaho, on Wednesday. Court records indicate the charges were dropped Wednesday morning. Prosecutor Louis Marshall was not immediately available for comment/
