City delays Seltice Way overhaul

Traffic changes are still coming to Seltice Way, but not until next week. The lane closures and shifts that were slated to begin at the start of this work week have been pushed out to Monday, April 17, as the roadway’s north side is patched up to provide better travel for motorists during the $5.44 million Seltice Way revitalization/ Coeur d’Alene Press .
