Annual spring street sweep to begin

“With spring like weather arriving, your Street Maintenance crews have begin their annual spring cleanup program. Once arterial and collector streets are cleaned up, City crews will be working to complete initial sweeping of residential streets. Sweeping of streets is an effort that street crews continue till the winter snows fly. Street sweeping reduces dust and creates an environment that benefits everyone whether we live here or are a visitor. Residential streets are swept an average of 4-6 times yearly and all arterials are swept twice monthly.” More here.
