KCSO: Post Falls traffic stop leads to 4 arrests

Post Falls, Idaho: On 04-13-2017 at 00:55 am Kootenai County Deputies stopped a car in the area Ross Point Road, near Seltice Way, for its expired license plate registration.
Deputies contacted the driver and three other occupants. During this contact, based on the actions of the occupants, deputies believed one or more of the occupants were likely under the influence of drugs. Deputies also discovered all of the occupants had provided them with false names. After learning their true identities, deputies discovered two of the occupants were wanted felons by the Washington Dept. of Corrections. Drugs including; marijuana, heroin, methamphetamine, cocaine, and various other paraphernalia items such as loaded syringes were found in the vehicle.
The occupants of the vehicle have been identified as Kayla J. Holden 11/8/93, Hanna Q. Borello 01/30/1992, Patrick O. Connors 11/24/1998, and David P. Holden 04/28/1971. All of these suspects are from Spokane, WA.
Connors had an active felony warrant issued by the Washington Dept. of Corrections for 2nd Robbery and Holden had an active felony warrant for previous drugs charges also in Washington.
Connors, Holden, and Borello have all now have been also charged in Kootenai County for Possession of Drugs (Methamphetamine / Cocaine / Heroin) along with providing false information to officers, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kayla J. Holden, the driver of the vehicle, has been charged with false information, failing to purchase a driver’s license, and concealing evidence.
This group admitted they stopped at the Stateline Walmart, which was closed, and were on their way to Walmart in Post Falls. It’s not known their intentions, however, deputies also discovered several items in the car such as credit cards and driver’s licenses not belonging to anyone in the car. These items were taken as evidence and may lead to other criminal charges in the future.
