Shoutout
Here’s a shoutout to Lyle, an employee at Napa Auto Parts, 2514 N4th St, Coeur d’Alene, who provided quality customer service for a purchase of less than $3. I dropped by to buy a Champion spark plug for my lawn mower, except I couldn’t remember on the spot my brand of lawn mower. It was a Craftsman. I said, Lawn Boy, which was the brand of the previous mower. Lyle looked through the computer for what he thought was a match. Sold me the spark plug. Warned me that the plug might cause damage to my lawn mower if it wasn’t the right size. And gave me his phone number in case I ran into problems. Ultimately, it was the wrong plug. I returned to provide him with the correct information. And he found the right plug. All for less than $3. And he treated me as though I was buying an expensive part.
