Support for all troops

The disgusting tweeting of the so-called president notwithstanding, we would like everyone in the military to know that we support all of you. We understand that being gay, straight, bisexual, or transgendered makes no difference in your ability to serve our country. In the past, the military was integrated without problems, gays were included without problems, all due to the professionalism and good sense of the rank and file. Already, thousands of transgendered troops are serving without problems. There is no justification for the latest outburst of Donald Trump.

To all of you in the military, we thank you for your service to our country. We are proud of each and every one of you.
