Scout speech disappointed

I am an Eagle scout who attended the 1973 National Boy Scouts of America jamboree in Coeur d’Alene. It was one of the highlights of my scouting career. I was very disappointed to see the president waste his welcoming speech talking about petty politics and his political agenda. Instead of motivating the thousands of young people who will shape our world, he breaks years of tradition to make the jamboree a campaign rally.

Apparently someone forgot to tell the president the scouts are too young to vote. I cannot think of anyone more lacking in living the scout law (a scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, reverent) than Mr. Trump.
