Poll: Smoke gets in eyes, everywhere

• Thursday Poll: The smoky weather has affected Hucks Nation. 56 of 247 respondents (22.67%) said they have gone on with life as normal, while fighting eyes, nose and throat irritation. 55 of 247 respondents (22.27%) said they’ve stayed indoors to avoid the poor air quality. 51 (20.65%) said the lousy air quality reminds them of the old grass-field burning days. 41 (16.6%) said they are suffering breathing problems. 37 (14.98%) said the poor air quality hasn’t affected them at all. And 7 (2.83%) marked “other.”
