North Crestline drag strip

I realize the most of the people who travel North Crestline during the morning and evening rush are in a hurry to get to work or home from work. From what I can see by the morning commuters, a lot of people are late for work. In the 10 months that I have lived here, I have seen two rear-end crashes in front of my house. One crash where a woman did not stop at the stop sign at the corner of Illinois and Crestline and went through the guardrail and brought down a power line.

There has been talk of reducing Crestline to one lane each way from Francis to Euclid. That may help. I believe that either a stop sign or roundabout between Illinois and Euclid would slow down the drivers. I wonder if I need a permit to put bleachers up in my front yard?
