Welcome, new Valley council

I want to say thank you to our new Spokane Valley council members (and also Chris Jackson). Campaigns are draining, frustrating, time-consuming and then some more. I do appreciate all your effort and it will be delightful so see you come January. You will make the Valley shine again, and I hope that the shadow and influence of Mr. Matt Shea is gone from this beautiful City Hall forever!
