Here’s something I haven’t seen at the Sports Cellar, 4th St & Sherman Ave/CdA — signs announcing a going-out-of-business sale. I spotted this today during my noon walk. The paths at McEuen Park were too icy to walk on. So I cut that part short and headed to Sherman Avenue. Craig and Debbie Ward of Harrison, the new owners of the Dingle Building where the Sport Cellar is located recently announced plans to convert the building into a hotel boutique with 40 to 60 rooms.
