Killer’s roommate likely to face charges

A second suspect will likely be charged in connection with the crimes committed by David Hutto.

Kootenai County Prosecutor Barry McHugh told The Press he anticipates the state will bring charges against Justin Roy Booth in relation to Hutto’s case.

Hutto pleaded guilty last week to kidnapping, robbing and murdering Bo Kirk last October. A fourth charge of arson was dropped as part of a plea agreement.
