Best place for liver & onions

In North Idaho Life Foodies (Facebook), a woman asked for a recommendation re: “best place for liver and onions in town.” Now, I don’t know how you can use the term “best place” and “liver and onions” in the same sentence. I consider them mutually exclusive. However, I realize that different folks have different tastes. My beloved father loved liver and onions. And I love him. But I never have developed a taste for L&O. So here’s the deal. I know that Woody McEvers’ sells liver and onions at Rustler’s Roost. In fact, he sells a lot of L&O because many — most? — restaurants don’t. How would you answer the question:
