PFPD looking for creepy guy

“Suspicious circumstances in the area of Stagecoach and Colt. R/P called and said her daughter advised her a male had driven by her bus stop very slowly, rolled down his window, waved and then took some photographs of her. The male was described as older with a white beard and was driving a compact car. Officers were put on notice to be in the area when the buses pick up the children and drop them off” — Post Falls Police Department swing shift.

Rest of the Swing Shift log:

• Property damage accident Cecil Road … and Mullan Ave. Two cars collided after one of the vehicles failed to yield on a solid green light. There were no injuries.
• Tobacco offense at the PF Library. While officers were conducting a check of the library they observed a 12 year old boy smoking. The boy was cited for the offense and we seized his cigarettes.
• Battery and out of control juvenile at. R/P “Mother” called 911 after her 15 year old son became combative and started damaging property inside the home. When Officers arrived they discovered the 15 year old male was on probation, broke several items in the trailer and then struck his father with a Rubik’s cube. The male was taken into custody for the battery and per his P&P officers.
• Shoplifting at 6405 W. Pointe Parkway. Male entered the store with an old receipt selected some matching jeans and then went to customer service and tried to exchange them for cash. The male was detained while exiting the store and admitted to the theft.
