Imperial presidency

If the executive branch feels that the judiciary branch is out of line, the constitutional response is not via Twitter. It’s through the legislative branch. If Republicans think that the Washington federal judge is way out of line, the response should be articles of impeachment in the House of Representatives.

If the executive branch is subject to no oversight on anything, then we have an imperial presidency, which the Republicans claimed we had with President Obama. It looks as though we have that in spades with President Trump.
