State divorce absurd

The myopic madness that somehow our region not seeing eye to eye on what matters or doesn’t matter to folks at the other end of any state is grounds for divorce is fantasy. The truth is every Western state has these going-absolutely-nowhere discussions.

Isn’t the greater question why Matt Shea and his supporters don’t want to play with the West Side children? Didn’t our children grow up here only to move to some distant coastal county where most of our nation lives?

I’d be far more concerned with what terrified President Lincoln: That boo-hoo my-way-or-the-highway babies could dissolve the union entirely.

Might that explain Putin’s support of Trump?
