Wild Card/Monday — 2.27.17

What a whacky weekend. First, BYU stomps are hopes and dreams by upsetting Gonzaga at home in the regular season WCC finale Saturday night and then Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway, with considerable help from someone off stage, botch the biggest Oscar moment of them all Sunday night. But you know what? The sun came out today (yeah, I know it’s behind the clouds), and life goes on. I hope the upset will prompt the Zags to buckle down more. And the Oscar moment will result in some fun for many years to come. I’m looking at the glass 3/4s full today. Which is odd since I haven’t had my second cup of coffee yet. Here’s your Wild Card …
