Check Trump facts

After reading the Dec. 22 letter, “Trump already doing well,” we can’t remain silent. Please check facts.

Yes, the people have spoken:.Hillary Clinton has almost 3 million more votes. President Obama has ruined this nation and destroyed any hope? Some inconvenient facts: President Obama pulled us out of a huge recession created by Bush and the Republicans who were left with a budget surplus from President Clinton. They spent all of that and created a budget deficit in 2002.

President Obama has taken us out of two wars started by Bush and he has brought home thousands of our troops.. He created over 15 million jobs, 805,000 in new manufacturing.

The 50,000 high-wage jobs cited in the letter have been promised by a Japanese billionaire, not created by Trump. As regards Carrier, 550 jobs are still going to Mexico and the remaining 730 jobs may not last, according to Carrier executives. The real losers are the citizens of Indiana who will have to foot the bill of $700,000 per year.

Trump filed for bankruptcy six times and stiffed small businesses that did work for him. He will set us back 200 years in racial/gender intolerance. Trump gets the same respect he and the Republicans gave President Obama.
