Media should’ve known
It is amazing to watch the media trying to explain why they missed this election so drastically. The New York Times stated that Hillary had a 95 percent chance of winning. All the pundits, print media and electronic, stated no way could Trump get 270 electoral votes.
The media badmouthed Trump at every opportunity and overlooked Hillary’s many issues. Hillary barely got by Sanders, which should have at least put up warning lights about a bad candidate.
Now they say, well, Hillary won the popular vote. Well, it was the FBI. Well, it was the Russians. Well, it was fake news. Well, it was voting fraud. Then they tried to try to sway the electors to change their votes to Hillary.
If you throw out California, Hillary would not be winning the popular vote, and that is why the Electoral College was set up, to stop the influence of heavily populated states over all the other states. That is why we have two senators per state to slow down the House of Representatives.
If the media had been paying attention to Trump’s crowds vs. Hillary’s,they would’ve had a clue that Americans were not buying Hillary’s nor the Democrat’s line.
