Wild Card — 1.6.17

We’re still working the bugs out re: my new duties as a 5X/week columnist for the SR. Today’s bug? Someone forgot to put the column in the newspaper (although it is featured on SR.com this morning). Sometimes, stuff happens. But no harm, no foul. I already have most of Saturday’s column written. I’ve learned that the column will be running Tuesdays through Saturdays. Which amuses me. When the column first started in January 1985, as the Kootenai Grapevine, it ran on Mondays only. My recent weekly column ran on Sundays only. Those are the only two days of the week that it won’t run now. Here’s your Friday Wild Card …
