Keep trees in Costco move

Please consider two simple proposals when moving the North Side Costco to the Highway 2 site. The Highway 2 Corridor from Hawthorne to Farwell Road is an absolute pleasure to drive. The stands of Ponderosa Pine lining both sides of the highway give the impression one is leaving the city behind and entering a lush northern forest. Please consider keeping a swath of pine trees between the new Costco location and highway. Pine Tree Corridor, please.

North Spokane County could use a mini-Manito. I would appreciate it if Costco took the lead on developing and funding a public park near its new location. As the mother of a small child, I am always looking for green public spaces to explore in North Spokane County. A park near Costco would be a perfect fit. A mini-Manito.
