Change is in the air

After decades of dental care from the same hygienist, I arrived for an appointment this morning to discover that someone new has taken her place. I had gotten so accustomed to the regular cleanings provided by a hygienist from the Silver Valley that I could almost fall asleep in the chair. We swapped info about our families, vacations, etc. Today, a new hygienist, from Texas, handled the duties. I was a little anxious at first. But she did a superb job with my teeth, too. And we began a new time line of swapping stories about life, work and the current North Idaho winter. I have experienced changes in health care before, as people retire, change jobs or move. I usually don’t like it. But I adjust. How about you?

Question: Do you easily adjust to changes in personnel in your health care?
