Poll: Scott deserves public reprimand

• Thursday Poll: Hucks Nation was solidly of the opinion that state Rep. Heather Scott, R-Blanchard, deserved to be disciplined for her comments about other female legislators and her odd behavior. Scott lost all 3 of her committee assignments yesterday after saying female legislators gain power through sexual favors. 111 of 402 respondents (27.61%) said she deserved a public reprimand. 100 (24.88%) agreed that she should be stripped of committee assignments. 85 (21.14%) said House leaders should require a mental exam. 76 (18.91%) said she should have her concealed weapon taken away. 17 (4.23%) said nothing should be done about her. 10 (2.49%) voted “other.” And 3 (0.75%) were undecided.
