Woman jailed locally for 19th time

A Spokane woman has now been booked into the Kootenai County jail 19 times, for mostly drug related crimes. Early Saturday morning, Ashley M. Allen, 25, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of paraphernalia, concealing evidence and introducing contraband into a jail after more drugs were located hidden on her person inside the jail/ Coeur d’Alene Press .
