How slick was it out there?

How slick were things Wednesday. Consider this cautionary tale from Sherry Krulitz, of Pinehurst, a former Shoshone County commissioner: “Art went out this am to get our paper. He almost fell so turned around and came back inside. He waited a couple hours for the drive way to thaw. No luck. It’s still solid ice. So he thought he’d take the pickup and back down to the paper box. The minute he started to back out of the garage and hit the brakes, the back end of the truck slid side ways. He put it in 4 wheel drive and drove back in the garage.”
