Tax check hard to write

As a handicapped widow in my mid-80s, I’ve paid income tax for almost 70 years. I’ve always felt that paying income tax was well worth the luck and privilege of being born and living in the United States of America.

Today, for the very first time in my life, I feel totally disgusted writing my January quarterly tax check. Why? Because President Donald Trump, a millionaire or billionaire, brags about not paying income taxes. He wants to “Make America Great” as long as he doesn’t have to part with a penny; as long as we schmucks pay the bill. How disgusting. What a role model.

Incidentally, since it’s known that Russia was involved in our election, how can this election be legal? Why hasn’t it been declared invalid?
