On Facebook, Kristi Nivette Milan reports: ” 36 individuals gathered at Senators Crapo and Risch’s CDA offices to share their concerns about a wide variety of issues. Citizens expressed their on a variety of issues including Trump’s nominees for education, HEW, EPA and concern over protecting health insurance.” Kristi tells Huckleberries that those who appeared at the two U.S. Senate offices in Coeur d’Alene wrote notes that staffers promised to fax to their bosses in Washington, D.C. She said the Senate staffers were polite and answered questions as best they could for about 90 minutes. The visitors were most concerned about Obamacare and President Trump’s pick to be Education secretary, Betsy Devos.
