I rarely read the obituary page (other than to glance at the ages of the deceased to see how many are my age or younger). Yesterday, however, I took time to do so. In the Coeur d’Alene Press, I learned that a man who worked behind the scenes on “Grimm” (Lance Hruza, 55, of Coeur d’Alene) had passed, as had the owner of the Vietnamese restaurant Pho Thanh & Café (Sau Van Nguyen, 84). Among others. I found the description of their lives interesting. Uplifting. Will I become a regular obituary reader now? Perhaps. Probably not. Habits. How about you? Do you read the obituaries?
