Wild Card/Tuesday — 1.31.17

Brother Frito Ray and I spent part of Monday evening at the ER with my 91YO mother, who was getting checked out for a possible infection. We’ve been to the ER 4-5 times with Mom during the past year, beginning with a fall that tweaked her knee. She keeps bouncing back from these various ailments — and is still enjoying life despite her limitations. She’s always happy to see the family. I hope I can have that outlook on life if/when I reach the Big 9-0. Here’s your Wild Card …
