On his 700 ESPN sports show with Rick Lukens, Dennis Patchin said last week that people who complained about the cold last winter shouldn’t complain about the current heat wave. He did give one caveat. You can complain if the weather was minus-20 and the heat is above 95. I agree to a point. People like to gripe at the weather — and the current spell has been hot (although it’ll cool off for the next 3 days before heading skyward to 102 degrees Sunday. But we should be more satisfied with one or the other — very hot or very cold. What temperature do you consider perfect? Moi? 72 to 75 degrees.
