Archives: A trophy for sludge?

Sid Fredrickson beamed after announcing at a Kootenai Perspectives seminar on sewage management that the Coeur d’Alene solid waste department had won the regional “Beneficial Use of Sludge” Award. Fredrickson manages the department. Kootenai Medical Center Administrator Joe Morris punctured Sid’s moment of glory by asking: “What does the trophy look like?”
