Work with the president

We elected a candidate to be our president last November, and we chose a businessman rather than a politician. He has brought to the office a successful background in business and an ability of getting things done. He has found himself now in a position of dealing with an opposing party than cannot accept this fact and is willing to use every tactic available to either slow or block his agenda.

We need to pass legislation on healthcare, tax reform, our budget defense spending and infrastructure. Each one important to all of us, and it is discouraging to see our elected representatives putting party ahead of country. Our president has accomplished much considering what he has had to deal with. I say get off his back and start to work with him. We are going through some difficult times here at home and in the world and he needs all the help he can get.
