I’m still trying to wrap my head around the absurd resolution passed by the Kootenai County Republican Central Committee, embracing closer relations with Mother Russia while condemning sanctions supported by conservative Idaho U.S. Sens. Mike Crapo and Jim Risch. If you ever need evidence that the local Central Committee is out of step with regular Republicans and Republican values, this is it. Love Mother Russia.
