Wild Card/Friday — 7.28.17

I trimmed a large burning bush in my large garden area in the back yard over the weekend and inadvertently found a great spot to take a nap. My back yard is in full sunlight during the summer, from 5 to 7 p.m. So I have to hang on the front porch or inside. Last evening, I was pulling weeds in the garden when I noticed the new space in the shade. So I grabbed 2 lawn chairs, kicked up my heels, and nodded off watching the hummingbirds hit the feeder a few yards away. Nice summer breeze. Nice summer nap. Here’s your Wild Card …
