Letter writer admits to honking

In a letter to the Coeur d’Alene Press editor, George Silva of Coeur d’Alene comments:

In reference to the newbie article, when the light turns green, don’t immediately start honking. I agree, with all the people who run red lights in this city. Wait three seconds, one thousand one, one thousand two, one thousand three, then start honking your horn. If it takes more than 3 seconds to respond to a green light maybe you should not be driving, unless of course you’re texting on the phone or applying your makeup. More here.
